I'm not a huge fan of the clothes of Marks and Spencers, so the other day when my mum went into M&S, I went next door into Dorothy Perkins, then stood outside M&S, waiting. The sun was too strong, so I turned and faced the window, and I saw a huge sign saying 'Celebrating 125 Years'. Then below it, a smaller sign saying that they were visiting vintage fashion to promote their birthday. Intrigued, I went inside and saw a small section dedicated to vintage style clothing.
'These clothes are inspired by some of the beautiful pieces in the archive and reference the iconic decades of the 20th century'. - Quote from M&S website.
I had a look online as well, and really have to admit that their vintage style clothes are pretty good and I would definitely wear them.
The clothes aren't the cheapest in the world, but definitely worth a look. My fave from the whole collection is the long white coat (second polyvore set). I'm also in love with their lingerie.
P.S. Sorry I've been M.I.A. when it comes to commenting on all your lovely blogs. Working a 9-5.30 leaves me with little time, and these last few days, our internet has been dodgy. My internship finishes this week though.
