I really need to come up with better names for my outfit posts,.
On Saturday, Leia and I met Fritha and Harriet for cupcakes and shopping. It was a lot of fun, and both girls are so lovely to chat with.
Heres what I wore:
The top was a 'body' and sent from Motel Rocks, The skirt was bought locally, the cardi is H&M, the shoes are thrifted, and the awesome socks were sent from MySockTheory.
I've never worn a 'Body' before, so was a bit weary when this one came, but was actually surprised how I grew to like it throughout the day. It was really comfortable and looked really good when I wore it. I actually have a lot of trouble finding tops that go with skirts, so was really happy to find that this goes really well with a lot of my skirts.
We had lunch at a small cupcake place in Carnaby Street and then headed off shopping. We ventured into Bik Bok, and were surprised how good and affordable things were in there.
My laziness was very tempted by this:
Yup, It's a big pink fluffy...thing. As I'm spending all my time at home these days, I've gotten really lazy, so this did look very tempted and I could imagine my days (and nights) wearing this...It also came in bright blue. But I kept my dignity in tact and decided not to buy it.Sherin xx

This sounds like a fun shopping trip. I really like your outfit because it is creative and everything goes so well together. I have one 'body' myself and although I havent worn it much I really like it too. I think they can be good for a smooth line under skirts and I find it comfortable too.
the body looks really amazing. i think you can pair it with any color.someday i'll try to wear one too.hehe. the outfit's great.you look so chic, sherin! ^=^
OMG! I just got socks from socktheory in the mail about 3 seconds ago! HAHAHA, dude.

Love the pretty stockings!! and that ruffled skirt..love the gossip girl inspiration
Love those patterned tights, you should wear them more often when the temperature drops! ;)
I had a good laugh when you wrote this:¨But I kept my dignity in tact and decided not to buy it.¨
I´d like wearing this too when I´m at home but I prefer a 2-pc. set than one piece. :)
love this outfit x
Your tights are calling my name - in a very high-decibel tone, in fact! I need, I need, I need! AND...you look SO cute in that pink thing. Have you ever seen "A Christmas Story"? Ralphie wears something similar towards the end - love love!! :)
I think I would consider sacrificing my dignity for that number. It looks awfully comfy. HA!
I love bodies, they look great under skirts. I like that big fluffy thing. ;)

I love the outfit! That blue "body" thing is very cute! And it sounds like you all had a fun day! That pink outfit looks really comfortable, but kind of reminds me of like something a baby would sleep in, you know? You still look cute!
Oh, and thanks for tagging in me in the last post! Those are two tough questions though!
You should totally go back and buy that pink thing.
SO COMFY.
You are awesome girl! Such great style! Love that pink thing hahaha you totally should have bought it!
Gorgeous, darling!
Love your tights!

Saturday was so fun! We definitely need to do it again :)
Haha so happy you put that onesie picture up. Except it's made me really badly want to go back and buy it now!
You should never have introduced me to sock theory! I could spend sooo much money there very easily!
Was so great to see you again on saturday, I just love all our meetups!
Oh i like the skirt.
One of my favourite outfits ever! Those socks/tights are to die for.
I love the skirt. You look soooo cute.
yay for blogger meet-ups! those socks are so cute, they make the outfit! I also just bought a "body" or leotard like devide. it's blace lace & its perfect for underneath a skirt!
xoxo
Love the outfit especially the socks. I haven't worn a body since they were in fashion in the eighties. Motel have just sent me one but I haven't worked up the courage to wear it yet.
The socks and your top are darling, and I can see why the top worked out well, you don't have to worry about showing any tummy or having it come untucked! Sounds good to me. He he, I can see why the "body" would be comfy, except no one could tell there was a body under all of that! Glad you had a nice time. :)
