Qatar!

I got back from Qatar last week, and you can see my post on the shopping here. This post will be more about what I bought and all the touristy things I got up to.

As you know, I love jewellery, so had to buy tons of it:

I am a complete and utter tourist on holiday, so naturally I had to see all the sights.

This was at a place called 'The Pearl'. It was such a lovely place and slightly more modern, so I decided to whip out one of my skirts. It's a highwaisted skirt, but I unzipped it a bit so that it atleast came down to my knees (thus the untucked top).

This was at the Corniche, which was a long walk with a beautiful view of the city.

We also went to one of the costal towns for a bit of exploring. Frankly, it was too hot to even leave the car so we just wandered into the hotel that was there. But not before I took a few pictures.

I also went to the biggest museum there. It was so fascinating, and there was so much jewellery there! If you are in Qatar and decide to go to the museum, there is a dress code there: I was ok in my cropped trousers, but the woman in the queue before me was in a skirt and had to cover her legs with a shawl.

So that was my holiday!
