Some outfits: A Catch Up

I've been a bit behind on outfits (I haven't had too many places to wear interesting outfits), so I thought I'd hit you all with a double whammy.

Firstly, this is what I wore to The Pierces gig that I went to a while back. I was going for a casual look, but also something that would keep me warm.

My hoody is HandM, my t-shirt is ASOS, my jeans are Zara and my shoes are Blue Inc. I bought the t-shirt a few days before and really loved it. I was going to take it in a tad, but I decided that I like it slightly baggy.

The shoes were definitely my favourite part of the whole outfit. I bought them from Blue Inc for an incredible £10 and they arrived that morning. I know it was a risk wearing new shoes on a night where I'd be on my feet all day, but they didn't cause an ounce of pain.  They were so warm and so condortable. There's a faux fur lining on the outside and along the inside. I really wish I'd bought shoes like this at the beginning of the winter.

My second outfit is what I wore yesterday, while out and about at a few events (you'll get posts on them over the next few days). It is still very very cold in London right now, so a lot of layering and covering up is needed.

I'm wearing a skirt, which I bought locally from a small shop in North London, Dorothy Perkins Snood and top, HandM socks (which you can just about see peeking out) and these boots, which I've been living in the last few months. I do have to say, however, that I did cover up with a cardigan and coat over the outfit.

I got the snood (I really don't like that word) for Christmas, from my aunts, but never wore it. If I'm honest, I actually had a bit of trouble with it, lol. I reckon I looked a right state, on the middle of Regents Street, faffing about!

You look fab, Sherin! I love the second outfit too--how cute is that skirt! I don't like the word "snood" either (although as much as I dislike the word "jeggings")..It does look super cute on you though!

Those booties are a jewel. So cute and the price... very savvy of you! I love smart gals.

The skirt makes you look so modernly dandy, sweetie pie and all things sugary. But without an overload. Just the right touch.
