The last of Press Day Season

Just a round up of my favourite Press Days from the last 2 weeks. I went to a lot, especially last week, but here are the creme de la cream of them, in my opinion.

Rare/Paprika/Opulence

A personal favourite of mine. As well as the fantastic PR team, the clothes were beautiful. Despite 3 different brands, it was clear to draw similarities between them, as well as differences.

I loved all the brights and all the amazing detailing on the clothes, such as cut out panels and exposed zips. All the pieces were so wearable, fun and beautiful and definitely made me want it to be Summer.

Opulence in particular was filled with the most gorgeous party dresses, perfect for any special occasion.

Paolita never fails to impress me. All the swimwear is so different and unique, and will make you stand out at the beach.
I love the nautical feel to this first one, and the tattoo print on the second is a classic Paolita piece.

And how beautiful are all these coloured bikini's? They'd all look so amazing on.

Key Leaf did some more really gorgeous swimwear and cover ups, that could double as a pretty evening dress. The SS12 collection's theme was insects, and you could see subtle prints based on this throughout the collection.
I loved how the beach cover ups, such as the blouses and dress, could also be worn as evening wear, or casual day wear. It's great to have such versatile pieces in your wardrobe, especially for holidays.

OptiFog

I was invited to a very exciting launch of OptiFog, who help combat glasses fogging up. I know I have this problem of fogging up glasses when I straighten my hair with my glasses on, or go from inside to outside, when it's hot. My glasses fog up and it's impossible to do anything. OptiFog aims to combat this with lenses that don't fog up at all. We were treated to a cooking demonstration and lunch by renowned chefs, James Martin and Nigel Brown, who also demonstrated how well the glasses didn't fog up while they were cooking, with steam.
The glasses seemed to work really well and I can't wait to get my glasses, so I can prove how well they work.

And Press Day season ended on a high with Lispy, who had some absolutely stunning dresses on display. I know Lipsy focus on pretty party dresses, and I have a few, so know how amazing they are.

There were some really beautiful colours and prints, all perfect for a party.

I LOVED the Candy Girl collection. The pastel colours were beautiful, and it was perfectly tied in with Primrose Hill. My summer will definitely be spent in Primrose Hill, wearing these beautiful dresses (Yes, I am aware we haven't reached Christmas yet!) It was my first time properly checking out a Lipsy collection and I was really impressed at everything.

And we can't forget the shoes. The heels on some of them were amazing and so glam. I loved all the sparkles.

Don't forget to check out the pictures of the Press Days, and more, such as New Look, Nine West, Urban Outfitters and Debenhams on my Facebook Page. Debenhams in particular had an amazing section of clothes from a wide range of designers, as well as a huge selection of make up brands, such as YSL, Smashbox and bare minerals. It was a huge Press Event, with a lot of great brands and amazing pieces to check out.
