Case Mate & Timothy Roe

We've had a bit of an electronic update in the house, and the latest gadget addition to my life has been a gorgeous and sleek iPad.

Obviously one of the most important things when getting a new toy is to get a cute and fashionable cover or case for it, to protect it. I instantly thought of Case Mate. I'd worked with them before and loved their products, so I was excited to get a cover for the iPad. I know Case Mate does really lovely and cool cases for various gadgets, and this case is no different.

It was waiting for me when I got home from holiday, and I really love it. It's such a perfect case for an iPad, especially if you're always on the go, like me. I've been using it for a few days now, and it is full of positive remarks from me. I love that it's not too 'in your face', with both style and branding. It's lightweight and doesn't add any extra bulk to it, meaning that I can easily fit it into my bag. I also love the colour. It's a beautiful turquoise, and right on trend with the current Mint we have going on.

And it's just not looks that the case has: it's also very practical. It has a sticky back panel, to make sure that the iPad doesn't slip out, although, it'll be interesting to see if it leaves a mark on the back of the iPad when you take it out. My favourite feature is definitely the front panel, which is magnetic. It has really cool technology that automatically puts it in sleep mode when shut, and it switches back on, to the password page, when you open it.

And what do you think of my ring? I absolutely love it. It was also waiting for me when I got home. It was very kindly sent over by Timothy Roe, who do great bespoke jewellery. Isn't it such a sweet and delicate little piece. It's so easy to just slip on my finger and go. I'm used to large statement rings, but it feels so nice to have something lighter on my finger.

It comes in Sterling Silver, so is great quality, and is so pretty. It's from the spinning jewellery range, where you can get jewellery that really showcases your personality. Jewellery is by far my favourite thing, after shoes, so I love knowing where mine comes from and how it's made. The website shows you how pieces are designed and made, giving it a great, more personal, touch. Timothy Roe also has a great mix of pieces from casual, everyday jewellery, which are really affordable, to more luxury and high end pieces, which are purely stunning.

Loving the ring! I'm the opposite in that I tend to stick to simple rings, so this one is right up my alley! Thanks for the great post.
