I had a really relaxing evening a few nights ago thanks to Well Well Well and Chi Yu Spa. Located in Marylebone, the spa is amazing. They do massages as well as a lot of holistic therapies and I had so much fun going in and getting some massages, especially since I haven't properly relaxed in a very long time. The whole spa had such a relaxing atmosphere to it, and it was exactly what I needed.
We were able to have a look at Well Well Well, who specialise in healthcare supplements, and it was interesing to have a look at some of the the products. They make Black Rice Bran, Krill Oil Capsules and Acai, and each has it's own health benefits. I'd never heard of Black Rice, so it was really interesting to hear of it's benefits and I can't wait to try it out for myself. Alongside Acai, these 2 products can be mixed into juices, cereals or yogurt's so you don't even know that you're taking them.
Benefits of the 3 product include anti ageing, healthy hair and nails, maintaining cholesterol levels and Acai, in particular, is high in antioxidants. So in case you haven't figured it out yet, these are pretty much super-foods at it's best.
The Krill Oil seems like a dream product. It's high in Omega 3 and perfect for reducing stomach cramps (which I know we all get) and helps reduce arthritis, cholesterol and has a whole load more health benefits.
I went in for two massages on the evening, and came out of the both feeling very relaxed. The first one I had was The Bamboo Massage, which uses a warm bamboo, which has been heated with no electricity. I did find it a bit ticklish at first, but once I got used to it, I really didn't want it to end. It also consisted of a back and neck massage, which really helped loosen some of the knots I had in my neck (I work far too hard).
The second treatment I had was the LED Light Therapy, which used a red LED light to help reduce wrinkles and increase skin elasticity.
Yup, that's me in the picture above, getting the LED Therapy (in case you don't believe me, you can clearly see my necklace!) I was being treated to a foot massage at the same time (a relief as I was spending the evening in heels) and was impressed at how much the masseuse could tell about my body's 'problem areas' just by feeling my feet!
Have you tried food supplements like those of WellWellWell? It really looks like they have a lot of benefits?

Nice to know that you also take krill oil. Actually krill oil is my perfect immune system booster. I make sure I don't forget to take it daily because it is really effective for me.
