While it's still not dress weather here in London, we've been getting slight peeks of sun in between the constant rain and wind, which calls for excuses to dig out some winter-esque dresses.
What dresses do you wear in the winter?

Apologies for the not great pictures here - the lighting because of the rain left a lot to be desired, but you can see the dress. I love how simple it is - a great basic to have in the wardrobe. I can't wait to wear it bare legged in the summer - perfect for those days in the office when I have to look more professional. I love the colour of the dress too. Most of mine are black so it's nice to have a variation in my closet. And it's a thick material which is perfect for this weather.
Love my shoes so much too. They're from Sperry and a nice alternative from their boat shoes. They definitely stand out and are as comfortable as any Sperry shoes.
And here's one of me suffering in the cold - don't say I don't suffer for the blog!

Okay so your Sperry shoes are lovely, and your hair looks fantastic here!
Love your shoes!
I love that dress. I wear very similar dresses in the winter, anything that is double layered or made of thick heavy material covered up with a cardigan and worn over thick black opaque tights. I live in dresses all year round so have learnt to be inventive on how to keep myself warm in them. I layer up lots of basic long sleeved tshirts under them and Primak thermal tights are my saviour!
I hope you didn't suffer too much for the blog :-p you look lovely if that makes it worth it?

I love this dress, its a beautiful colour. x
Ha ha, I think we all suffer for our blogs - I was out the other day in a strapless dress while it was -2 degrees, all the while thinking I must be crazy... as were all of the people walking by! But its worth it :) The mustard colour is this dress is so perfect on you, and I love it paired with your heeled oxfords. But I belt it will be even more fun in the summer :)

This is such a cute look - I love the color of that dress!
I tend to stick to skinnies in winter. I occasionally wear a bohemian-esque dress with a paisley print when the temperature isn't freezing. :P
Sherin, this dress looks amazing on you and your shoes are fab too!

Beautiful dress! They are totally doable in winter if paired with leggings and a jacket. You nailed it! xo
Oh you do look cold! The things we do for our blogs.
I tend to stick to plan dresses in the winter and layer then up with as many layers as I can get away with!
Love the outfit, you look great! I don't do dresses much myself but I do love to look at them, or pin them (so sad!) Your shoes are my fave - they're gorgeous. Katie B @ Minerva Collection – UK Handbags & Jewellery
